Thats Impossible or Is It?

I am a huge fan of Tenacious D so when I fist heard this I almost died. I wonder if this is something that is really possible. I think one time I laid on the floor, and thought about trying to do one, but then after careful consideration I was like "maybe not". Though I am there is that one random dude out there in the world that can actually do a cock push-up.
